Empowerment is at the heart of SheTech Alliance’s mission. Our programs are designed to equip Nigerian women with the skills they need to excel in the tech industry. But how exactly do we do this?

Firstly, we focus on foundational skills. Many women in Nigeria lack access to basic digital literacy, which can be a significant barrier to entering the tech world. Through our workshops and boot camps, we teach essential skills like navigating the internet, using productivity tools, and basic coding.

Once the foundation is set, we move to specialized training. Participants can choose to focus on fields like data analytics, UI/UX design, web development, or artificial intelligence. Our courses are hands-on and taught by industry experts, ensuring participants gain practical knowledge.

One of our standout initiatives is the mentorship program. Here, women are paired with tech professionals who guide them through their career journey. This personal connection is invaluable as it helps participants navigate challenges, build networks, and find opportunities.

In addition to training, SheTech Alliance also provides job placement assistance. We partner with tech companies across Nigeria to create internship and job opportunities for our graduates. The results speak for themselves – many of our alumni are now working in top tech firms, launching their own startups, or pursuing advanced studies in technology.
